Du erhältst monatlich ein Budget von 44 Euro, dass du ganz individuell nutzen kannst: Ob Bus & Bahn, Carsharing, Bikesharing, Fahrradreparaturen, Mietwagen, Taxi oder Tanken - um nur einige Beispiele zu nennen. Du reichst die Belege per App ein, dein Arbeitgeber erstattet dir den Betrag unkompliziert und steuerfrei mit deiner nächsten Gehaltsabrechnung.

Die Daten werden dabei verschlüsselt übertragen und gespeichert - auf Servern in Deutschland. Einmal eingereicht musst du die Belege nicht länger aufbewahren. In Zukunft sind übrigens auch höhere Beträge im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Obergrenzen möglich, alles maximal steueroptimiert.

You submit the receipts to the app and your employer reimburses your spendings with your next payroll - all simple and tax-free. 

To enjoy these benefits your employer can contact us at www.mobiko.co and invite you as a Mobiko user. You hand in your receipts, we take care of everything else including integration into your companies bookkeeping. All the data is transmitted and stored encrypted on servers located in Germany. Once the receipts are submitted you do not have to keep them. There will be also higher budgets available in the future - fully tax optimized according to German law.
